Who May Use ko8

To register and use ko8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ko8 strictly enforces the 21+ age rule and will require identity documentation during KYC verification.
• You must be accessing ko8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ko8 is lawful in your location.
• You must be the sole and rightful owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your ko8 account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ko8 employee or contractor.

Registration Requirements

Account Security Obligations

You are required to use a strong, unique password for your ko8 account and to change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. ko8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable, and you agree to take all reasonable steps to protect your account credentials, including not sharing login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ko8 reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per day for operational or security reasons.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used by the player to deposit funds — or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. ko8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Ko8 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Any such delay will be communicated to the player promptly.
• All withdrawal transactions are subject to the same currency as the deposit — Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Ko8 does not facilitate currency conversion.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Ko8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any part of those funds — or winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ko8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the ko8 platform, even if ko8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ko8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ko8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Ko8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, using fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.
• Ko8 has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during the KYC process.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order requires ko8 to suspend or close your account.
